The images are yours

Once an order is paid in full, you get an exclusive, perpetual license to every delivered image.
Use the images on any channel: your site, marketplaces, social, ads, email, print, catalogs and in-store.
Share them with your retailers and wholesale partners.
Catalog and retainer images cover billboards and TV too. For campaign images, billboard and TV use is licensed separately and quoted in your proposal.
We don't sell or license your images to anyone else.

Your brand model

We cast three candidates for your brand, and you pick one.
On a retainer, your model is included and works only for your brand for as long as the retainer runs.
After a retainer ends, we keep your model off other brands for another 12 months. Perpetual exclusivity is available as an add-on, quoted in your proposal.
On one-off orders, the brand model is not exclusive unless you add exclusivity.
Pilots use a model from our roster. If you liked her, she can become your brand model on a retainer: she leaves our roster and works only for you. If you want your own model from day one, you can add it, and its cost is credited to your retainer.
If none of the three candidates fits, we cast three more for a fee, quoted in your proposal.

If plans change

You change the brief during casting. We run a new round without charging for the model again.
Someone new on your team doesn't like an approved model. The approval stands. A new version of the model is billed as an extra casting round.
You stop casting before approving a model. There is no refund. We keep the work for 12 months in case you come back.

Real-person resemblance

We check every model we create with a reverse image search and keep a record of the check. If anyone claims your model looks like a real person, we replace the model and reshoot the affected images free of charge.

Confidentiality

A mutual NDA is part of every order.
Your product photos, unreleased items and brand materials are seen only by the subcontractors and AI tools needed for your order. Those tools process materials under their own terms.
Beyond that, we never share unreleased products or collections with anyone.
We show your work in our portfolio only with your written consent.

AI labels

Some AI tools embed their own invisible watermarks or Content Credentials in generated images, for example Google's SynthID. These stay in the files, and we don't remove them.
On request, we add an AI label to the file metadata at no cost.
Every order includes disclosure guidance: Amazon's contains-synthetic-performer tag and ready-to-use disclosure texts for the EU and New York.

Accuracy and acceptance

Before the full batch, you approve the direction on 2–4 shots.
We check every image against our acceptance checklist: fabric, color, print, construction, fit and model consistency.
If an image fails the checklist, we remake it for free. If we can't get it right, we refund that image.
