How a project runs

Days 1–2 · Model and brand rules. We study your brand and set the rules for light, background, poses and crops. For a pilot, we use a model from our roster. On a retainer, we cast three candidates and you pick one, or you keep the model from your pilot.
Days 3–4 · Studio shoot. We send you 2–4 images. You approve the direction before we make the full batch.
Days 5–10 · Final production. We make the full batch, check every image and deliver.

The first batch is ready within 10 business days. On a retainer, later drops go straight to production and take 5–6 business days.
Standard timelines cover drops of up to 10 products. For bigger drops, the timeline is in your proposal.
The clock starts once we have your full brief and payment. It pauses while we wait for your feedback.

Before you see an image, we check it against our acceptance checklist:

Fabric: texture, sheen and drape match your product.
Color: matches your product photos.
Print and pattern: right placement and scale.
Construction: seams, buttons, zips, pockets and hems are where they should be.
Fit: length, proportions and silhouette are true to the garment.
Logos and labels: correct wherever they're visible.
Model: one model per set, consistent from image to image.
Finish: no artifacts on hands, skin or edges.

A defect is anything that fails the checklist, and it's on us. We remake the image for free. If we can't get it right, we refund that image.
Defect or style change? We tell you within 1 business day.
Style changes. You get two free revision rounds within 10 days of delivery. Extra rounds are billed as quoted in your proposal.
New images. Some changes need a new image rather than a revision, and those are billed as quoted in your proposal. That includes:
- a new background or scene;
- poses outside the brief;
- new styling;
- a different model;
- changing a direction you already approved.
Taste after approval. Once you've approved the direction, we don't give refunds for taste.

First pilot: 50% to start and 50% before delivery. We send the final files after the second payment.
Everything else: paid upfront.
Retainers: billed monthly in advance, with a 3-month minimum.
Unused products on a retainer: they roll over to the next month. On a 6–12-month agreement, they roll over for up to 3 months.

Delivered as JPG in sRGB. We name the files by your product codes at no extra cost.
4K, PSD and transparent backgrounds are available on request; the fee is in your proposal.
